CSR Initiatives
Super Screws is involved in a number of community-driven projects that add value to the efforts of grass root level workers to bring about socio-economical and financial emancipation of the communities that directly or indirectly come in contact with the company’s activities. Our CSR efforts involve programs in children’s education, women empowerment and skills development in the youth.

Rural Education Program
We offer financial support to an NGO to set up school infrastructure in rural areas for the education of children at the primary school level. We also spread awareness about the benefits of education.

Women’s Health & Safety
We conduct compulsory health and safety camps for all our women employees on a regular basis and set up forums to address their issues. Women from nearby rural areas are also invited to participate.

Vocational Skills Development
We are associated with an organization that imparts vocational and life skills to the rural youth and help them to find meaningful employment in areas such as hospitality, IT, Banking, Retail Sales, etc.
