Wire Drawing

The wire drawing process, which initiates our manufacturing cycle, is performed on advanced imported machines equipped with an eddy current testing system. This integration ensures that the wires are free from surface defects, maintaining the highest standards of quality from the very beginning.

To further enhance our manufacturing capabilities, we have established our Bawal Plant in Haryana, dedicated to wire processing and production, with an impressive annual capacity of 60,000 tons. This backward integration provides significant economies of scale, enabling us to efficiently meet the quality and quantity demands of our customers. Our wire drawing operations represent the largest capacity in India.

Forging

Our forging operations are supported by a modern array of imported high-speed multi-stationed bolt formers and part formers, which allow us to produce both standard and specialized products with precision.

These machines are capable of handling extreme extrusion, long lengths, and larger body diameters, ensuring versatility in our product offerings. In addition, our screws manufacturing section is equipped with advanced, high-speed cold forging headers and thread rolling machines, working in tandem to produce top-quality fasteners. For nut manufacturing, we have established a large-scale setup with imported high-speed multi-stationed nut formers.

Super Screws is proud to be the first company in India with the technology to manufacture large bolt parts up to 500 mm in length.

Thread Rolling

Our thread rolling section features a diverse range of high-end, automatic machines, many of which are imported from reputable manufacturers. These machines ensure precise and efficient thread rolling, delivering consistent quality across our product lines.

Nut Tapping

In our nut tapping section, we utilize Japanese-made high-speed machines that enhance both productivity and precision in manufacturing. These machines contribute to the superior quality and reliability of our fasteners.

Heat Treatment

We have installed imported NADCAP-certified continuous heat treatment furnaces with significant capacities, enabling processes such as hardening, tempering, carburizing, nitriding, and carbonitriding. These processes are crucial for achieving the desired mechanical properties in our high tensile fasteners, which are available in varying grades.

Our heat treatment facilities currently operate with three lines, handling up to 72 metric tons per day, with plans to add two more lines by 2025-2026.

Surface Treatment

Super Screws utilizes a state-of-the-art, ROHS-compliant automatic electroplating plant for surface finishing. This advanced, computer-controlled facility can handle a wide variety of finishes, accommodating different product sizes, plating thicknesses, and special shapes. Our laboratory is equipped with XRF testing and coefficient of friction testing, further ensuring the quality of our surface treatments.

The surface treatment operation currently includes three plating lines with a daily capacity of 72 metric tons, with plans to add two more lines by 2025-2026. Additionally, the facility features an automatic line with an online hydrogen de-embrittlement system.

Optical Sorting

To ensure the highest level of quality control, our optical sorting capabilities include 50 high-end machines, primarily sourced from Japan, that perform 100% sorting for both special and standard parts. These optical sorters meticulously check for length, diameter, threading, and head formation, ensuring that each product meets our stringent quality standards.
