CSR Initiatives
Super Screws actively engages in community-focused projects that support the socio-economic development of communities affected by our operations. Our CSR programs prioritize children’s education, women’s empowerment, and youth skills development.
Rural Education Program
We provide financial assistance to an NGO dedicated to establishing school infrastructure in rural areas, enhancing primary education for children. Additionally, we raise awareness about the importance of education within these communities.
Women’s Health & Safety
Regular health and safety camps are conducted for all female employees, with dedicated forums to address their concerns.
We also extend these services to women from surrounding rural areas, ensuring broader community impact.
Vocational Skills
Development
In partnership with a vocational training organization, we offer skill development programs for rural youth. These programs focus on areas such as hospitality, IT, banking, and retail sales, garments stitching helping participants secure meaningful employment.
