Product Testing Capabilities
We have one of the most advanced in-house laboratories, equipped to ensure the highest standards of wire production.
Our Spectro-enabled lab delivers optimal results through precise chemical analysis and both macro and micro examination of samples. The lab is fully outfitted with test equipment calibrated to national standards, including capabilities for photographing and storing sample data.
Our NABL-certified lab further enhances our capabilities for conducting a range of critical tests such as XRF analysis, coefficient of friction, vibration testing, surface flaw durability assessments, UTS (Ultimate Tensile Strength), and eddy current online wire testing. These comprehensive testing facilities ensure that every product we produce meets the strictest quality standards, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in every fastener we manufacture.
